Princes Islands Heybeli Halki Palace

Halki Palace is the descendant of one of Istanbul´s oldest hotels, opened here in the 1850´s for the distinguished guests of the island´s erstwhile Merchant Academy. The old wooden hotel burned down in 1991. The Net Group in disaster proof concrete rebuilt it, keeping the outward appearance of the original building. It is open all year.
