Water
ISKI (Water) bills can be paid at either ISKI offices or major banks depending on which you are using or you may choose to pay by using automatic payment methods at one of the below mentioned bank branches.In order to have them paid automatically, you must choose a bank, open an account and supply the bank with a copy of one of your bills to ensure that they receive correct information.
İSKİ Water bills can be paid at:
Vakıfbank, Halk Bank, Alternatif Bank, Denizbank, Tekstilbank, Anadolu
Finans, Albaraka, Kuveyt Türk, Bayındır Bank, Asya Finans, Anadolu Bankası,
Tekfenbank and Oyakbank branches' tellers or by automatic payment methods. However
the following banks only accept bills upon automatic payment instructions: Akbank,
Dışbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, Iş Bank, Pamukbank, Türk Ekonomi Bankası
(TEB), Yapı Kredi Bank and Koçbank.

However some forgers may come to your door introducing
themselves as the authorized personnel and request the payment of the invoice.
Don't forget the payments of all those services are either made to the pay offices
of those companies or via banks.

I have read all about payment of Water & Electric - but I am confused.
I understood that payment could only be made thru the VAKIFBANK where I do not have an account.
Please can you tell me if I can pay a water bill thru the DISBANK in Alanya in Southern Turkey.
