"My merhaba.com" is a website owned, designed and managed
by Armas, Iletisim, Pazarlama, Internet, Egitim ve Servis A.S.("ARMAS")
In providing the "my merhaba", "ARMAS" collects
information about you. You have a right to expect a Web site to
disclose its privacy policies - how your personal information is
collected, used and shared. You also have a responsibility to choose
which sites you feel comfortable disclosing such information to.
In order to comply with our obligations, "ARMAS" must
obtain your consent to the use of your personal information. Please
ensure therefore that you read the following statement carefully.
Registration will be taken as consent to certain uses of your information.
Policy 1. "ARMAS" will under no circumstances give access
to your registration information to any third party for any purpose,
either commercial or otherwise. Your information is maintained on
a secure web server. Neither "ARMAS" nor any other website
operator can, however, guarantee that your information will remain
secure from unauthorized access.
Policy 2. "my merhaba" is a knowledge network that instantly
connects you to people, information and points of view that are
relevant to you. The "my merhaba" experience is accessible
through a network of co-branded partner sites that have formal agreements
with "my merhaba". These partner sites are governed by
their own privacy policies, and it is strongly recommended that
you review and understand the privacy policies of both the partner
site and the "my merhaba" service prior to signing up
for the service.
"ARMAS" is not responsible for the privacy practices or
the content of any web Sites accessible from "my merhaba"
or for the privacy policies and practices of other third parties.
When you sign up for the "my merhaba" service through
a partner site, "ARMAS" will pass the following information
to the partner site: email address, member name, display name, email
preferences, country, zip code, and any demographic information
voluntarily offered by the member. As stated above, the partner
site in accordance with the partner site's privacy policy may use
this information. This "my merhaba" Privacy Policy governs
only how your information will be used by "ARMAS".
Policy 3. Apart from the registration information provided to partner
sites, "ARMAS" does not provide "my merhaba"
members' personal information or individual usage history to any
advertiser, partner or other third party. Nor does "ARMAS"
provide or sell "my merhaba" member lists to third parties.
However, upon registration, "my merhaba" members may choose
to receive emails about offers and contests from the "my merhaba"
service, its partners, and advertisers. "my merhaba" members
can opt out of receiving these emails at any time.
Policy 4. "ARMAS" reserves the right to disclose information
about "my merhaba" member usage and demographics to advertisers
and partners, but in anonymous statistical form only. "ARMAS"
will not reveal your personal identity in connection with the disclosure
of such information.
Policy 5. "my merhaba" service provides an interactive,
elective experience: each member is given the choice to decide what
personal information to share on the "my merhaba" profile
page, and whether to publicly post a personal email address.
Policy 6. "my merhaba" service is for informational purposes
only, and does not provide medical, legal or financial advice. For
more information, see Section 3.4 of the "my merhaba"
Terms of Services.
Policy 7. "ARMAS" does not send "my merhaba"
members unsolicited email. Please note that if you choose to display
your email address to other members within the system, your email
address will be visible to anyone who uses the "my merhaba"
service, which may result in unsolicited email. As stated on the
registration page, the "my merhaba" service works through
email -- members are contacted when relevant discussions are occurring
on the service, and they can decide to accept or decline these emailed
invitations. Members may choose to unsubscribe from the "my
merhaba" service at any time.
Policy 8. By posting communications on or through the Website,
you automatically grant "ARMAS" a royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish,
edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the information
alone or as part of other works in any form, media or technology
whether now known or hereafter developed. The foregoing grants shall
include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication,
including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark,
service mark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction. You
agree to waive any moral rights that you may have in such material.
"ARMAS" reserves the right to refuse to post and/or remove
any material sent or posted by you.
You acknowledge that all of your submissions and postings to the
public portion of the Website are public and not private information.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information
about yourself or your household. "ARMAS" specifically
disclaims any liability with regard to any actions resulting from
your submissions and postings to the public portion of the Website.
Generally, any communication that you post to the Website is considered
to be non-confidential. If a particular web page or form permits
the submission of information that will be treated by "ARMAS"
as confidential, that fact will be stated on those pages.
Policy 9. "my merhaba" make available to its users chat
rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups at various times.
Please remember that any information you disclose in these areas
becomes public information and you should exercise caution when
deciding to disclose your personal information.
Policy 10. This site has security measures in place to protect the
loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Our secure server protocol uses SSL which is the industry standard

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card
number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information
travels over the Internet.

please notify us by e-mail at support@mymerhaba.com. And we will
use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly investigate
and solve the problem.
Your consent
By registering with us you consent to the collection and use of
your information by "ARMAS" in the ways outlined above.
If having given your consent to the use of your data, you subsequently
change your mind you can stop all, or particular uses of your data
by sending us an e-mail.
